Low hours on engine - previous owner left the dock literally 1 time in multiple years, me twice - once to move her to Galveston from League City.
I bought her in Nov 2020, was living aboard, did a good bit of work but situation has changed, unfortunately.

Needs:
A good cleaning ;-)
Generator needs new exhaust hose.
Previous owner was having it replaced when i bought it, but mechanic doing work was worthless.
a few more halogen lights should be replaced with LED
exterior woodwork should be sanded and varnished or oiled
foredeck over cabin and cockpit sole were both sanded, need new gelcoat (optional, cosmetic).
