In 2018 the boat was delivered to Worton Creek Marina in Chestertown Maryland for a major safety refit.

The hull was soda blasted, gel coat was sanded and resin repaired.

The hull was barrier coated, primed, and painted with Petit Hydrocoat multi season ablative paint.

All shafts, struts, rudders, thru hull fittings, exhaust ports and trim tabs were removed.

New shaft thru hull tubes were fiber glassed into hull and dripless shaft logs installed.

New cutlass bearings were installed in struts and hull was fiber glass reinforced where struts are attached.

Struts were re bedded and installed with new bolts Rudder shaft logs were removed, cleaned, rebedded, and installed. 2 New oversize rudders, and shafts installed.

Exhaust ports were removed, inspected, cleaned, rebedded and installed with new bolts.

Old Bennett trim tabs and fairing blocks were removed.

New composite fairing blocks were installed.

New Bennett trim tabs compete were installed with, new hoses, pump and pistons. 3 New bronze thru hull ball valves installed. 2 New Graco bronze engine raw water intakes installed with valves.

Glass Tech deck was removed.

All rotted wooden deck supports were replaced with composite materials.

Every hose on board was replaced including exhaust hoses.

New composite mounts and supports for exhaust hoses installed. 3 New Rule bilge pumps installed with new heavy duty float switches and hoses.

New composite rudder top supports with stainless steel sealed bearings.

New Hydraulic steering complete with tubing, pump, pisto and supports installed.

New stainless steel rudder tie rod installed.

Every old wire was removed.

Boat was completely rewired with marine grade wire and installed by a certified electrician.

New circuit breakers, switches and electrical panels in cabin and on the flybridge.

New L.E.D. lightening in cabin, hard top spreader lights, running and anchor lights installed. 2 Engine start batteries and 1 house battery installed in new battery boxes secured to composite support shelves. 3 New main battery switches installed. 1 New Xantrex true charge 2 series battery charge with battery status display panel.

Rotted aft engine bulkhead was removed and replace with a new composite bulkhead. 2 New composite engine side panels installed in walkway. 2 New automatic fire extinguisher systems installed in engine compartments.

Engines were removed, all heat exchanges were removed and cleaned out, new gaskets installed and re installed on engines.

Every engine hose and hose clamps were replaced. 2 New engine thermostats and raw water impellers installed.

New engine fuel hoses and transmission cooler hoses installed. 2 New large Racor primary fuel filter assemblies installed. 4 New Yanmar engine mounts installed on each engine.

Engines and shafts were properly aligned.

New Morse dual single lever control for clutch and throttle operation.

New Glendenning throttle and shifter control cables installed.

Internal engine zincs were always replaced twice a year. 4/1/19 Boat was surveyed by Art Johnson Marine Surveys, 441 N.
